Customer feedback is evidence, not automatically a specification.
If one customer asks for a feature, listen carefully but look for the underlying problem. Several different requests may point to the same missing capability.
Track frequency, severity and business impact. A small number of high-value problems can deserve more attention than dozens of minor requests.
Most importantly, close the loop. Tell customers what you changed and what you decided not to change. That creates trust even when the answer is no.
