AI becomes most useful when it is connected to a clear workflow.
Start with the task rather than the model. Identify the input, the desired output and the decisions a human still needs to make. Then automate only the repetitive parts.
A good AI workflow should also have a fallback. If confidence is low or an unusual input appears, route the task to a person instead of pretending the system is certain.
The result is often surprisingly simple: structured inputs, one focused model call, validation, and a human review step.
